Biography

Drawing has always been a part of my life. As a child, I spent almost all my time doing it. Painting came to me in my teens, establishing itself as a broader, more vibrant language. Based in Bordeaux, I am a self-taught painter. In 2017, I felt a clear need to dedicate myself to my art. Since then, I have had the opportunity to exhibit in Paris, Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, and especially in the Arcachon Basin, a region deeply connected to my personal history. Today, my work is featured in several online contemporary art galleries, and my paintings have found their place in some fifteen countries. And recently, I have had the privilege of exhibiting several canvases on a permanent basis with the ADOR Expérience gallery on the Île de Ré. Nature is at the heart of my artistic process. Its beauty, its poetry, its intelligence fascinate me. I experience it as universal and timeless, imbued with subtle resonances, almost as if it held a hidden code I seek to decipher. Through painting, I try to reveal the magic that our natural world inspires in me, to express its sacred dimension. My intention is to convey this experience of contemplation and wonder, to share this suspended moment when one feels connected to something greater. Inspired by stained glass, mosaics, and fractal images, I work with acrylics using both palette knife and brush. Over time, the material has become increasingly present in my work; I explore mixtures and textures, and sometimes incorporate collages of bark, mother-of-pearl, or leather to give the surface a vibrant and organic depth.
